Edison Gem Phonograph

Edison Gem Phonograph, mechanism in wooden case, horn missing. Oak wooden base, black enamel body with gilt trimmings, cylinder and sound box nickel plated, with winding key. Oak-veneered plywood lid with wooden handle. Bought by the donor's great uncle Ted Harris in London in late 1890s. Overall height 200 mm.
